Woburn House venue hire

Woburn House is situated at the north end of leafy Tavistock Square in the heart of Bloomsbury, a stone’s throw from Euston Station at Central London. Whether you are organising an evening reception for up to 250 people, or require a room for a small meeting, Woburn House has 8 rooms set over 2 floors to suit your needs. It’s flagship Woburn Hall can hold up to 180 in a theatre style or 112 in a cabaret layout or 250 for a drinks reception. The room comes with PA system, mics, PC, projector, and screen all included. With up to 10 breakout spaces to choose from, in-house AV equipment and AV support at each space, we have your event covered.

We take pride in our in-house catering with anything from simple tea and coffee to hot fork buffet lunches available to fuel your event. Woburn House is conveniently positioned for event attendees from all over the UK and overseas.

It is a short distance from Euston, Kings Cross, and St Pancras railway stations. Local underground stations and bus routes provide easy access to other London rail terminals and to Heathrow, Gatwick, and Stansted airports.

Just a stone’s throw from Euston mainline station and Russell Square Tube, Woburn House is the perfect setting for meetings and conferences. With seven rooms over two floors, it’s flexible enough to accommodate most event briefs.

Woburn Hall
Woburn Hall comes highly recommended. This spacious room boasts plenty of natural light, high ceilings, comprehensive AV equipment and full support from the in-house events team.

Woburn Foyer & Tavistock Room
Woburn Foyer is ideally suited for exhibitions or receptions, while the Tavistock Room is perfect for mingling – but every bit as comfortable as a conference venue. Pair either room with Woburn Hall and your guests will have a handy place to register, relax between events and enjoy our top-notch catering.

Foster & Bloomsbury Rooms
Situated alongside the Hall, these rooms (of equal size) are perfect for break out sessions at larger events. And are well suited for interviews and workshops too.

Sakura Café

At Woburn House, guests can enjoy complimentary bean-to-cup coffee machines, fruit and herbal teas, snacks, and a 2-course fork lunch overlooking Tavistock Square. The café is open from 8am to 5pm, providing a convenient space for networking and virtual meetings while it can be booked privately for evening or weekend drinks receptions and private dinners.

Commonwealth Room

A bright and spacious room on the 4th floor of the Woburn House. The room is perfect for meetings and trainings. This room has the benefit of a moveable wall which can divide the room into two smaller separate rooms.

Tower Room

The Tower Room is located next to our UUK Boardroom on the 1st Floor. It works perfectly as a breakout space for meetings taking place in the UUK Boardroom or as a standalone meeting space for a maximum of 12 in a boardroom style.

UUK Boardroom

UUK Boardroom is the perfect room for those important meetings, training courses and seminars. With the flexibility to be set up in a style to suit your event, the room benefits from dual aspect windows overlooking Tavistock Square.

Brunswick Room

This popular room comes with a 72” screen, a flipchart and a whiteboard included within the hire price. The room is equipped with Logitech Rally Plus video conferencing systems allowing everyone in your meeting to be seen or heard by anyone joining the room remotely.

Receptions & dining at Woburn House

With its central location, Woburn House is perfectly placed for corporate receptions and dining. From post-conference refreshments to cocktails or candlelit dinners, we can cater for your every need (whatever the brief and budget).

And, with a dedicated in-house team by your side, creating a truly memorable event is easier than you think. Whether it’s a reception for 250 or a seated dinner for 120, we can dress the venue, prepare a bespoke menu and add the finishing touches.

Christmas at Worburn House

Woburn House Conference Centre offers standing reception packages with bowl food and a 2-hour unlimited drinks from just £80 + VAT. Also, you can choose the celebration package from £95 + VAT per person for a splendid 3-course, traditional seated lunch or dinner with arrival drinks and wine included.
These offers are available for larger groups in the Woburn Hall or for smaller gatherings in the Sakura Café.

UUK Boardroom

If you're looking for a blank canvas boardroom, the UUK Boardroom is ideal. Perfect for meetings, training courses and seminars, this dual aspect event space benefits from excellent AV, air conditioning, ergonomically designed furniture, and use of a built in teleconferencing system is available. The UUK Boardroom can also be used as a workshop or break out space for larger meetings, held in our Woburn Hall or Tavistock Room. And it goes without saying, that catering can be provided.
